At PODU, we want you to love our educational cardboard kits as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation)
• The item is returned at your own cost, unless it is faulty or damaged

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).

Faulty or Damaged Items

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the product:

• Has a major fault
• Is significantly different from its description
• Does not do what we said it would

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at [email address] with your order details and a description (or photos) of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or damaged items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the same “as new” condition requirements as change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
